      Stable company backed up by Bertelsman group and ammounts of cash. Nice office

      Cons

      - Low level of engineering maturity - Things are taking long time - A lot of people are that are claimed senior only because of big tenure at the company - Work life balance is encouraged

      Great place to work with flexible working conditions

      Pros

      - Human centric - Flexible working conditions (can do most of my work online) - Welcoming and open + fun activities - Diversity - work among different countries: Mostly in English) - You get responsibility and have the opportunity to grow and learn a lot

      Cons

      It is a big organization, which is great because it offers many opportunities, but as a con some projects may take a bit longer as it needs to go through more steps to be approved. Therefore, activities and tasks need to be planned and pursued in advance and with a plan.
