Somewhat of a roller coaster

Pros

Lots of independence, opportunity to learn new technologies and grow your career as much as you'd like.

Cons

Leadership is somewhat limited, employee resources are limited, not tons of opportunity for growth at the moment. When people leave for other jobs, it seems the positions are just left unfilled.

Purposeful work Very friendly environment Committed to ideals of financial transparency CEO really cares about the company and its people Employee satisfaction is a company value Good culture Incredible potential as the XBRL reporting market continues to open up

Cons

Big layoffs recently due to a partnership disaster You do work really hard generally (not necessarily a bad thing really) At least in the past, work-life balance was hard to achieve in some positions
