      Pros

      The benefits are some of the best I've ever had from a job. Work/life balance is decent.

      Cons

      Pay is lackluster, Some managers have no business being managers with the way they speak to anyone under them. Layoffs dont really make a lot of sense in the grand scheme. Getting rid of an entire Ops department to then half reverse that decision to change their title, lower their pay and put them under a 6 month program to then boot them again after the program.

      Atmosphere Team Players Willing to build off each other to make something better for the site. Heavy into Metrics and customer satisfaction

      Cons

      Pay could be higher to meet CA wages. Benefits are decent, but not as great as other companies. Cross functional team structures disorganized.
