Pros

The team I was on was amazing and supportive and we had great direct leadership that was overseeing our team. In-office benefits, snacks, energy drinks, etc.

Cons

Overall business leadership isn't the best. It's as if the leaders are also starting their first jobs ever, not really knowing how to run and maintain all of their teams effectively. Cutting/laying off people to conserve money, but visuals team spending money and sending out new furniture to spaces that are not needed at all, never used. Cutting high performance individuals and not PIP individuals... concerned about low numbers but no strategy when thinking about long term teams. A lot of team members were fired only to get rehired under part time or restructured salaries and/or commission structures. Terrible.
