Pros

- Beautiful office (when we were there) - Swag was sent out often - The work was not hard but ever changing which made things difficult at times but helped people obtain the skill set to keep their head on swivel and to always take things as they come with little push back

Cons

-After working on the team for nearly 3 years, i expressed multiple times my want and explicit interest in moving towards a lead role and was told it was "in process" and to "hold on" for more than 2 of the 3 years. I was placed as a "lead" on multiple projects that inadvertently my name was removed from and was used from management as their own work. -When giving my notice my manager and team didnt seem to care if i stayed or went and were leaping at the opportunity for promotion the second i left as there was little to no opportunity for it while i was there and any opening people found they would fight for.

Creating a culture where employees feel respected, valued, and connected to our mission is and will always be a top priority for me and the Talent Acquisition leadership team. Of equal importance is creating an environment where people can grow their careers and do the best work of their lives. We drive a culture of recognition for strong results and celebrate our collective success. We offer a variety of resources and programs to support continued professional growth and development, including quarterly discussions with your manager about how you are doing in terms of results as well as what you may need for support in your development. I am sorry to hear this was your experience and I encourage you to reach out to me directly so we can better understand how we might be able address the root cause of the issue to help prevent this from occurring again Thank you and I hope to hear from you, Cindy VP, Talent Acquisition

Pros

Benefits, employee stocks, decent pay. Most of the leaders are respectable to their subordinates.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Forced to work weekends when there is not much work to be done. Too many employees but not enough for them to do.
