No one has any idea what they are doing

Pros

You don't have to work very hard and the bar is set very low

Cons

Leadership is clueless. This isn't just sales, just everywhere. The company has no work ethic. Customer facing departments are fully closed for the weekend while the field teams need them. It leads to a terrible customer experience

-The charging team consists of very talented people who are nice to work with -Good benefits

Cons

-mid management is clueless -pay is absolutely terrible -claim there are budget constraints, but there is plenty of money to maintain appearances to customers -unskilled/non-technical managers rely on hat-tricks and abusing their techs to get through the day -terrible systems with a ton of bandaids -no one truly knows what they are doing, everything is an experiment
