Let's put it this way. Not many companies out there are building out autonomous electric vehicles and an extensive charging network across North America. Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever by building zero emission high performance EVs. The company has great investments and partnerships with the likes of Amazon and Ford. In addition to the R1T truck and R1S SUV for the consumer market, Rivian is also building out 100,000 electric delivery vans for Amazon. And we are building out a large network of thousands of chargers across North America. So whether you're into automobile engineering, manufacturing or software development, there are really exciting things to work on at Rivian. You will work with a lot of smart driven people, you will be solving new challenges. There is a lot of potential for career growth as well.
Cons
I haven't seen any downsides as such in my 6 months here. The only thing is that its a very fast paced environment compared to most companies and you have to be very adaptive to change. This is expected though since we are launching a new product
