Pros
Rivian strives to adhere to the Compass values on a daily basis. Leadership is consistently strong, thoughtful, and focused, and the effort never feels like just a box-checking exercise. They know that cultivating thoughtful and self-aware team members will yield world-class products.
Cons
Restructuring due to rapid growth can lead to a bit of instability/uncertainty. Can continue to do better in areas of diversity and inclusion - tough to pull off in the tech + automotive space. The work is intense, big plans and a lot of pressure The company isn't perfect, and management makes mistakes, but on-balance it blows away any place I've worked before.
