Amazing work environment with such amazing opportunities. You drive your career by taking on side projects and responsibilities. Instead of living to work at Rividium, you live to work there.
Cons
There is nothing bad I can say about this place. Really great place to work at.

Pros
Workplace that is growing and rewarding, and both parties respect it. Excellent work environment. You'll pick up a lot. Work makes you feel great, and at times, it doesn't even feel like work. You can outperform your team if you are always learning. However, most of them are excellent.
Cons
Absolutely none. Nothing wrong here
