      Lovely members and golf course is fantastic!

      Cons

      Poor management, bad communication. Too many people in charge that don’t know what they are doing.

      Pros

      Some great things are the people you work with are generally very nice and its a great start to a serving job.

      Cons

      Some downsides are that management would tell you something is wrong/against the rules, but then when you would tell a member they couldn't do something, they would go ahead and bypass it all, also lack of employee representation, and main con is no tips--monthly bonus is supposed to compensate, but it doesn't come close
