Overworked, not enough staff.

Pros

Company offers health, dental, vision insurance and 401K.

Cons

Even though company offers PTO, depending on the department you work in you might not always be approved or asked to switch the days you ask for. Some of the members are rude and very demanding. Some managers are rude as well and don't know how to talk to staff.

Pros

The tips make it an added bonus, however it obviously isn’t a career

Cons

It gets overly demanding at times, considering you’re at the bottom of the corporate chain of command. Decision makers need to step in more
