Pros

Team is good and focused on work Healthy work timings are maintained Your bosses and peers respect your time and work Pay is slightly better

Cons

Lack of good projects No job security. You can be fired any moment. Not a cash rich company. Any downs in the business and you are out of the company in a day. Team is not friendly. Office is very boring. Favouritism towards a particular group of people (rather ethincity).

We do not tolerate any discrimination based on age, gender or ethnicity. We, like many other organizations, had to evaluate our structure and staffing in response to the economic impacts of the pandemic. Pros

- Hybrid - Flexible working hours, work till 3am! - Meet some really awesome colleagues.

Cons

- Upper management are bunch of actor and actresses. Be very careful. One moment you are such an important employee, and the next you are just a disposable. During "catch up call" (to inform your retrenchment) they won't even be empathetic about the sudden retrenchment and situation. Then in another call to inform other colleagues, they talked with so much emotions like they just faced a huge loss, with voice breaking, well that's 5 star acting skills! - Can get retrenched anytime, without any heads up. Sudden meeting invite for Catch Up = You are redundant. No one is safe. - Will buy you out, making you think that they are really invested to have you join. To retrenching you immediately without warning. Proceed with caution, when it's too good to be true, start asking questions. Don't be blinded by their offer and good reviews here. - Lack of projects, so mostly internal works.
