      Cons

      WiPro leadership, lack of understanding Rizing business operations. Leaders who have been at WiPro 20+ years and have no other perspective. Inefficient processes and low cost resources. Significantly impacting support to clients. Leadership by fear where it’s rare to find a WiPro employee who doesn’t lie and manipulate to protect themself. Worst work environment.

      Pros

      Management really seem to care about the employees. Constantly innovating new solutions for customers. Pay is typically above competitors.

      Cons

      Was bought by a parent company a couple of years ago. Things have significantly changed in regard to open communication and compensation. Number of days for personal, holiday, and vacation are below average.
