Pros

- Fair pay and promotion process - Great Leadership. Especially in Supply Chain. - Lots of opportunities to learn different parts of the business - The growth has improved the past few years.

Cons

- Extremely fast paced - Can get burned out quick if you don’t prioritize yourself - Company is still growing so things can get messy. If you like things to move slowly like they do in larger companies, with processes in place, this isn’t the company for you (yet). It’s not quite a start up but there’s still a lot of work to do to get to the steady state, which is to be expected in a company like this.

Lack of leadership on multiple levels. Frequent layoffs disguised as persons voluntarliy leaving the organziation. Lack of company direction.
