Everyone is so friendly, intelligent, and passionate about their work. Great leadership team with full transparency. Meaningful work where you get to see the direct impact across the company. Cute dogs roaming around, too.

Cons

I'm allergic to dogs, so I can't pet them as much as I'd like.

I have to say- previously coming from an employee branding/marketing company, I was impressed with my onboarding experience at Ro. It was very smooth and well put together! I enjoyed meeting all the departments and understanding what everyone does and how each team contributes. Having a founder, we had Z walk us through the future of Ro was so cool. It just shows at all levels- everyone is involved early on in your development and growth but also making sure you understand the business It was a nice touch!
