Pros

- Founders are effective leaders with a compelling vision... and they're great human beings - Company has an exciting growth trajectory and a huge vision for the future... paired with a team that can execute - Culture is very high performing and ambitious but also humble and supportive - Decision rights and ownership are distributed down throughout the company; there are no shortage of opportunities to step up and drive initiatives

Cons

- Things move extremely quickly, so you need to be able to think on your feet and adjust quickly to new information - Because of the fast pace, this may not be the best environment for someone who wants to slowly ramp up on a new skillset

Like watching a car crash in slow motion

Pros

- 18% of the company was laid off already, so it can't get much worse? - The office allows dogs.

Cons

- Leadership is floundering. They change direction so often, it gives everyone at the company whiplash. Plus, communication is so poorly handled, it leaves people scratching their heads about how decisions are even made. - There's no strong clinical voice at the senior levels, leaving the rest of the company confused about clinical priorities...at a healthcare company. Yikes. - There is no longer a positive culture. The Ro that was captured in older Glassdoor reviews did in fact exist. But only in the past tense. The company has evolved into a shell of its former self, with lots of turnover leaving morale in shambles. Big cuts in June 2022 have left most employees wondering who's next.
