Great learning experience, some people there have 25+ years in the sign industry. Lots of equipment to learn and see different processes come together

Cons

Other departments of the company are favored more. Not really much room to grow if you're looking for a career

Cannot think of one pro anymore used to be such a great company to work for when it was NES

Cons

Uses employees and spits them out. Managers in operations do nothing but sit at their desks and push things on their work crew, then yell and scream at them. Many people getting overtime for sitting with their feet up. Upper management refuses to do anything. So many hard working employees laid off sad to see.
