Pros

Great staff. if you have been there for over a year its easy to make cash and get good table reservations in your area. Its not a bad job I just find I cant make my monthly budget there and over worked 15 years in the bar and restaurant business.

Cons

Difficult to make money working 5 or 6 shifts. Usually need anywhere between 8 to 10 shifts to make really good money when you start.

Pros

Advancement, opportunity for personal and professional growth, fun environment, good coworkers, above average benefits. I feel treated fairly. Free food and paid downtown parking. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Sometimes having an office downtown can be a little hectic with Milwaukee traffic. Other than that count me as a very happy employee.
