Pros
- Good colleagues, honestly care a lot about the customer and how might we keep them.
Cons
- The company has gone from bad to hell. - Managers are elitist, do whatever they want and waste a ton of money without doing much beneficial work. - Staff members are treated like animals, company does not provide a decent place to work. - Managers work against the interest of the business and keep making the same mistakes repeatedly and blame the staff. - Work environment reflect sweatshop conditions, like standing all day because we don’t have desks. - Management has a lack of motivation to do their best, instead they take vacation each month.
