Pros

If you love textiles, design, and enjoy combining the two for your home, you look forward to the list of discontinued fabrics and the hanging samples in the showroom.

Cons

Onboarding, management (showroom and executive levels) policy changes, and changes and more changes. Frustration for employees and the designers.
