      should have been an easy job for a experienced sales/design professional but mega micro management makes it a horror.

      Pros

      Not any worth mentioning. Product is very nice though. Showroom is reasonably attractive but horribly in need of freshening up.

      Cons

      Hostile and untenable environment. Expect it told how to perform every detail of your job document it on a cumbersome crm system then be asked what you did after everything.

      business is not great, hours are constantly cut

      Pros

      learning how to package, tag, and load all outgoing mail and items onto pallets and trucks for shipment. learning how to work on an assembly line type job.

      Cons

      the company cuts hours for different people every week. business is not doing well, and employees have to take a reduction in hours when the company already doesn't allow more than 40 hours a week.
