      Pros

      If you get into a good team, you get to do some really interesting work at Bosch. You get a lot of experience and responsibilities at a very early phase in your career. Very knowledgeable German colleagues from whom you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Everything depends on luck. It works like an IT company even if you get to do much better work than you ever get to do in an IT company. No proper assignment of task force. Large number of people are pushed into random domains without any prior understanding of your interests or skills Absolutely no interest from HR in understanding your work life.
