      Pros

      - Safe and comfortable work environment - Flexible hours, lots of home office

      Cons

      - The company infrastructure and software mindset is years behind other software tech companies, changes are promised in this. - Salary ranges are often mid level or below mid. - Long-term expert colleagues are mostly not respected in terms of pay and career advancement while management collegues often have rapid advancement (like project manager-> team leader (5-15 ppl) -> group leader (20-40 ppl) within 1.5 years) with nothing to show for it. - Office and company politics is a very big factor and is often the sole work of mid level management and a massive overhead for other colleagues
