      Great place to work Love the people and supervisors But a lot of overtime I learn a lot working receving I learn how to run a warehouse from top to bottom They cross train

      Cons

      The pay is great but there is no support from upper management. They don't investigate problems until it is out of hand. Training for new employees is almost non-existent.

      Working with cheap raw material, focus is always on cost reduction, no matter how unrealistic is. Nothing is good enough.
