      Permanent enjoy lots of perks - 2 bonuses in a year, flexible hours, highest rate of EPF I've known; 18% employer rate. You'll be fine as long your superior is good and know well to manage their employees

      Cons

      The management flow, more sports activities among employees, salary paid not by last drawn but candidate's experience and skills.

      Pros

      - Very good working conditions; - Motivational salary for a fresh graduate without prior work experience; - Everyone is open to teach you and answer your questions; - Modern canteen with very good discounts for employees;

      Cons

      - The factory is located far from the city Cluj-Napoca. They are offering transport buses but because of the traffic you spend like ~ 50 minutes on a single trip; - Small chances of getting approval for remote working days.

      Pros

      Stable, respects its employees, friendly environment, canteen, parking opportunity, nice workplace. Really good to be part of the Bosch community. Knowledge can be improved, lot of interesting daily tasks. Lot of community events are organized. There are sport clubs and most of the sport event's participation are supported by the company.

      Cons

      Very hard to get fired due to lack of knowledge, there are many stupid and lazy employees. Salary is lower than competitor companies'.
