      Decent for those who would prefer a comfortable place

      Pros

      Stable: it's very difficult to get fired or that you would be confronted with your performance. Good place to start as a Fresh Graduate as it's not really stretching your capabilities but you are able to learn how big companies work.

      Cons

      Extremely slow and bureaucratic. If you are a high / top performer, it's unlikely that this place would provide you the opportunities to grow and you will be paid below your market value.

      Somewhat lower salary possibilities compared to competitors in Budapest Big company with strict rules for every part of the work life (sometimes good, sometimes restrictive)
