The salary is definitely not competitive. The managers will make you believe that you are receiving one of the best rates in the industry but it's not true. Basic benefits, but not enough to keep good employees from leaving. They don't give enough training that would enhance the skills of junior managers. They will bleed you for what you're worth. They keep bringing in interns from Germany which is definitely not cost effective. Rolling out accounts lack the structure to make it effective and efficient so the attrition rate is high. There's not much room for growth.

I am not interested in testing but they put me, because i joined as a fresher. I have a skill to do the dev tasks but they didn't gave me the chance to prove my self. They send me to client location, there treatment is not at all good. No one is taking care of the employees at client location. Process is too slow. some department are good, but some are not good.
