      Pros

      Getting to know about international standars in production system.

      Cons

      Very bad working environment, unrealistic targets, Lack of training to freshers is a major drawback. Managers try to dominate AND NO PROPER REMUNERATION. Never think of this BOSCH entity

      Pros

      Very employee friendly environment. Can learn a lot as a fresher. No such pressure from the seniors. No bench system as service based companies

      Salary growth not as expected.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, a good work environment, and relatively smart colleagues. Work tends to be very structured while still allowing freedom to exercise some creativity in problem solving. An excellent retirement and benefits package is also part of the deal.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive with other engineering businesses in the area, especially the automakers. Promotions are difficult to get relative to other companies and require a lot of time in each position before even being considered. Pay increases barely keep up with inflation and bonus tend to be small (if received at all; bonuses are determined on a group by group basis)
