      Pros

      The FOCAS training for the freshers is helpful. The team was cooperative. Good learning opportunity on various technologies. Free german and Japanese language coaching is helpful.

      Cons

      The compensation and benefits is not very high. Sometimes the requirements are available only in Japanese which is difficult to understand.
