1. Less pay, 2. Not good work. 3 Useless process (takes so much time, but of no use and learning), 4. Not a good culture, 5. So much politiics 6. Immature managers. (People are been made managers at very less exp here)

Lack of communication and direction from management made it difficult to be successful. Local management had little regard for the value of the employees.
