      Worst company I ever joined

      Good salary, good training even when newly joined you have sent me to several training centre, good meals, lunch, dinner,

      Cons

      Doesn't have good management system I wait for one hour at recepsionist, and recepsionist come back without apologizing Colleague work killing each other, stubbing each other with bad comments Whistle blow to higher level management is useless, as they cant help much anyway Everyday wake up and work only to think what policically correct when making email rather than really works

      It is a very stable company managed by a trust. It has excellent vision and has leadership position in many industries.

      Cons

      It has a slow bureaucratic decision making style centralized in Europe and doesn't adapt to latest technologies other than in its core competencies and is often conservative in its approach.
