Not adequate for people who want a full time job, or who can't work during weekends. Not for anyone who isn't a people-person because you constantly interact with all kind of different people ( often unpleasant )

1) Promotions are biased (yes, it is biased) 2) Company onsite policies are highly un-reasonable 3) Hikes are very less 4) Designation levels in the company is hidden and cryptic for new comers 5) Internet Usage policies are pathetic 6) The free lunch and breakfast are all accounted and hence the company management is good at playing with accounts ( salary structure) 7) Bosch Values are only for namesake, nobody in the company including the senior management, follows it.
