      Everyone gets along so well. The synergy here makes it so easy to collaborate with other departments. Knowledge is all around and is strived for

      Pros

      I believe they have a good apprentice program and trainings for those who have competent group leaders. Cannot say this was my experience in gasoline division.

      Cons

      A place that used to be known for quality and innovation has now been stripped to a run of a mill plant from awful management decisions and merry go round of new employees. Sales and management overpromise to customer and they leave the workforce dry from overtime and will put bandaids in everything. Everyone knows the elephant in the room at EV14 yet nothing changes. Engineer and operators are overworked and are given no direction. Everything is high priority. I’m honestly concerned how long this place will last. Those who stay have been there a while and are counting their time.
