Good to start working, but not for long term. Good processes in place, easy to follow for new comers. Health insurance

Cons

No carrier opportunities. No transparency from local management. Favouritism. Operational fields are not valued, only concern is engineering and software development projects. Low salaries, poor training possibility. HR is non existent.
