      Frustrating: out of touch corporate leadership.

      Pros

      RVA pays very well, as do all ATC contractors.

      Cons

      One-size-fits all concept to air traffic control training. No regard to extreme differences in airport environments, differences in complexity of traffic and airspace or existance/non-existance of radar support.
