      Pros

      Roblox is in a unique position having built a platform that is widely used and growing across every metric, yet there are so many opportunities for innovation that await exploration. For a product manager, it's a terrific place to be.

      Cons

      The Roblox platform covers a lot of territory - the core multiplayer game engine, messaging systems that connect players, developer tools, a virtual economy, and more. It takes a long time to learn the system and product managers are expected to operate in the details. If you are not up for being very hands on (regardless of your level), this probably isn’t the place for you.

      Exciting Growth, be a hero to kids

      Pros

      Be a hero to kids everywhere. Own a product and make a difference. Basically every team has more problems than people. So whatever you build will eventually get to be a world-class version of that "thing". And you get to make it happen. Core values that are actually valued. They're on the company-issued mugs. People actually talk about them in meetings, in interviews, in performance reviews and when making important decisions.

      Cons

      As a new employee, you can end up "swimming in the deep end" for a while. Roblox is an incredibly complex product with over 10 years of legacy decisions and systems. It's a lot to absorb.

      Good Workplace but...

      Nice Co-workers Free Snacks Decent salary Management was pretty nice

      Cons

      I'm not sure if I'm the only person who have experienced this or maybe other women have also experience the same thing. I have seen other women getting harassed in the workplace. I have been sexually assaulted in the restroom.
