Generally the pay is good. Office has decent perks

Cons

No real culture Product is somewhat stale and growth is slowing A lot of "yes" men/women in leadership positions No Diversity focus at all. CEO continuely makes huge mistakes and doesn't own up to them. Most of his company speaks hinges on "historical context" of when he was a engineer (if I hear about how he was right for not building a "Flash" version I am going to lose it) CEO and a lot of leadership are super involved in technical decisions and most often are wrong about them. Challenging management will get you pushed out. No trust. Even the smallest conference or expense needs to be approved and scrutinized by your VP. RTO killed all trust.
