* Hybrid work is 3 days/ week in office, with very few exceptions. This has caused a bit of saltiness and a fair degree of vitriol. - Middle managers and up to some Directors are trash (lack of maturity and or experience). - They set expectations one way then say and do things differently. All to make sure they look good instead of doing the right thing. - Immature middle managers will straight up ghost you. - Inexperienced trashy middle managers and directors do not think critically about the situation nor do they look to learn and understand the full picture. - These same people are very quick to complain, rat you out, and write you off even though you on the same team working towards the same goal.
