Pros
Roblox is an innovative and fun place to work filled with brilliant people. There is room to have autonomy and own projects that inspire you, or you can be a specialist and focus on a niche area. Everyone I have engaged with is collaborative and looking for ways to drive efficiency and make the platform better. If you have good ideas, people will listen. There are also a lot of collaborative and innovative events such as Hackweek that are exciting and give the company a feel of a small community or a startup even as it grows.
Cons
There is not much career progression; directors, VPs, etc are mostly brought in from outside. There is also not much diversity at the top.
