      Pros

      Very enthusiastic and passionate company. Great engineering team, and high company morale. Little red tape to get things done, and overall just very mature but also very dynamic. Loved the atmosphere and culture.

      Cons

      Office was a bit small considering the number of people they had. But being located in the middle of downtown San Mateo was certainly a big plus.

      Great place with lots of smart people

      Pros

      - I never run out of things to do - I am constantly learning, every single day, - The people here actually care for your well-being/work life balance, etc.. - Awesome benefits - commuter/free lunches/gym membership - Very tight knit group of people who are very intelligent

      Cons

      - Difficult at times due to not many processes being set-up/constant change of processes, but you get used to it, and can give you a chance to step up and take charge, which is new to me.

      Hard work pays off

      Pros

      You're surrounded by highly intelligent people, no matter where you work. There's an attitude of work hard, play hard. Hard work pays off here. A lot of heads down, hard at work during work hours, but people relax and have good time at social events and during catered lunches.

      Cons

      There are high expectations of everyone. You have to keep performing, and performing at a high rate. You can get burned out easily here if you're not up to it.
