      The environment was great for learning how to teach STEM concepts. The kids were great and very eager to learn!

      Cons

      Since it is a small company, a lot of work and lesson planning can be put onto you, but the work is rewarding.

      Motivated people who communicate well and take initiative will find exciting opportunities here. There is flexibility and freedom to work on many different projects.

      Cons

      Employees need to work more as a team, and a team leader should take charge when someone doesn't communicate in the "management's language" instead of dealing with micromanagement.
