I left Amazon Logistics to join Roboflow, and I haven't regretted my decision for a single moment. I've read a lot about how being black in tech can be difficult, but the team welcomed me with open arms and continues to provide me with everything I need to be successful and to feel like I'm genuinely an integral part of everything we do.
If you're looking to learn a lot, take on responsibility, be rewarded for your hard work, and truly feel like you belong, then Roboflow is the place for you. I honestly haven't given other job opportunities a second thought because I don't see why I would need to leave this company.
