love everything about it. the collaboration with leadership and peers, the autonomy, the d2d, the solutioning. it's incredible

you're going to work hard...(and a lot) challenging situations to figure out and develop fixes for (both of the above are actually positives for the people who work here

Pros

Everyone is incredibly motivated and smart. I get to work on interesting projects pursuing SOTA performance across ML disciplines with clients at the tops of their industries.

Pros

Great for people with an entrepreneurial spirit, with lots of autonomy and opportunity to make a real impact. The team is extremely talented, collaborative, and low-ego, an absolute delight to work with everyone! There’s a huge emphasis on moving fast and building for customers, with weekly ship-and-tell calls to discuss what’s made it to production each week.

Cons

With great autonomy comes high expectations; this company is best for those who thrive in uncertainty and can handle an intense, fast-paced work environment.
