Pros

Decent work life balance Okay Pay Decent perks (Cab service, Food card etc) Good office to work in.

Cons

No clear path for growth. Your growth is highly dependent on how happy you make your managers (not through work) Being a big organisation, there is no empowerment to new ideas, they like to stay old and lazy. People getting kicked out isn't even worth mentioning anymore, it's happening everywhere, this company is no special.
