Lots of interesting technical and scientific problems to work on, great people to work with. As a scientist, I feel respected and appreciated within the company. There are procedures set up within the company to encourage employees to expand and learn new things.

Cons

It's a large company with the bureaucracy and inefficiencies that comes with size.
