Pros

A healthy work environment. Good pay. Appreciation of effort. Very nice offices. The tasks are very diverse and changing so you don't get bored. A focus on integrity rather than navigating law/ethics loopholes.

Cons

Some bureaucracy that hinder fast development (mostly due to being a large corporate). Due to the very forgiving nature, you can end up with incompetent colleagues every now and then who are not laid off easily.
