- Some amazing colleagues - Great leaders - in places - Genuinely multinational - Committed to delivering for patients

Cons

- intense, distracting office politics - lack of clear vision and company strategy - decidedly average compensation unless you've been at the company 10+ years - insecure executives and senior leadership in Group Functions create needless work, stress and distract from the actual work - internal communication is non-existent
