Pros

Just started a few months ago: - Great teams - Owners and Managers are available to talk to everyone (Open door policy ) - Benefits blew me away - Lots of learning opportunities for me

Cons

Not really a con, it is a long commute for me (I knew about it and accepted the offer)

Pros

I have been working at Rochester for almost two months. The entire hiring process was quick and easy, which is always great when dealing with the stress of starting a new job. The other employees were not only extremely kind, but very helpful. I felt right at home from the beginning and have learned a lot in such a short amount of time. Management has also been involved in addressing my goals and strengths, which has been very reassuring for my professional growth in the future.

Pros

Working at Rochester has been a rewarding experience. The company's benefits are extremely generous. The company has been growing steadily while keeping its family atmosphere and hasn't had any layoffs as far as I know. I have never felt like just a number here and can see myself working here for a long time.

Cons

Hiring people from the same company (previous employer) can contribute to some of the old styles of work and management which doesn't help a changing culture or a company that is trying to be progressive. Rochester should look to other sources for hiring.
