      Pros

      Great Benefits, Great PTO plans. Lots of other benefits that can be acquired for little out of pocket. Assembly management is very flexible and very understanding.

      Cons

      Goes from slow for several weeks to hustle hustle hustle. Cross departmental communications are rather weak. There are plenty of old managers and supervisors in this company that seem to hold back the companies structural forward progression. Titles and roles tend to hardly account for the variety of work that you may find yourself focused on
