Pros

Landscaping, Business Model, and Benefits

Cons

Company is micro managed. Ownership is unaware of management’s behavior towards employees. Infrequent increases, incentives, or merit raises given. Incentives motivate sales reps, who are critical to drive top-line results. They withhold increases in hopes the employee will resign voluntarily. Management focused on personal financial gain. Long term employees unappreciated. Select employee's are favored.

Thank you for your feedback. We value it and take it with great importance. Rochester Electronics prides itself as an employee centric company, none more so than the global sales organization. In recent years, we have significantly expanded our sales operation across the Americas, EMEA, APAC and Japan. In addition, we have adopted a strong performance based culture which more closely rewards high individual performance coupled with exceptional teamwork, attitude and behavior, both in region and globally. It is disappointing you feel not to have fully benefited from this progress, we’d certainly welcome the opportunity to discuss the matter further should there be added detail not covered at your exit interview. Please feel free to contact Dina Miller in Human Resources in the strictest of confidence. Thanks again for your feedback, it is important to us.
